Back then when I was a kid, I grew up with a bare minimum exposure to internet as we all 2000's Indian kids were only concerned with either building non-sense stuff or dismantling our existing toys but kids now-a-days are just hooked to their screens games and youtube videos which are extremely powerful to cater rich dopamine supply to brain. Heck I was hooked to watching countless pirated movies when "Jio dhan dhana dhan" happened (Disclaimer: If any government officials are reading this blog post then I may mention that I am not at all responsible for those pirated movies neither they were on my device ..)

Soviet Union (present day Russia) and U.S.A were in a midst of competition with each other. Scientist in America were building fancy new life hacks, gadgets like television suddenly Soviet Union launched our planets first man-made satellite, The sputnik though It did not had any great functionality but then it was a massive technological advancement for man-kind at that point of time. American's realized while they were building cool life products soviet's were on serious stuff , The fear was as such that American government went on to establish National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and Department of Defense’s Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA) . Interestingly Scientist from ARPA and M.I.T started exploring how computers could to talk to each other from 1965 to 1970 they built a working prototype which was further improved and was steadily started to use in universities until the www showed up.
